Manistique Upholstery has new owners -- Merle and Marie Sellers -- and a new location at 401 N. Houghton, Manistique in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. But the reupholstery shop is keeping its great traditions of family-owned and commitment to service and details. Marie was an employee of Manistique Upholstery for ten years prior to purchasing it from the previous owner, who had over 40 years of experience with reupholstering furniture.
The couple purchased the property at 401 N. Houghton, an old neighborhood grocery store, and renovated it for the new upholstery and gift shop storefront and work space.
